We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, sizing is not a defect. Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you’ve received a defective item, please email us at email@example.com within 3 business days of receiving your order We will be happy to exchange the item.
Unfortunately mistakes do occur. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can correct the error.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit for the item.
Returned items must remain NEW, un-washed, and un-worn.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
All purchases are shipped via USPS. You will receive shipping notification (within 3 business days) through your email.
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession. Please contact us if you need advisement on how to proceed with USPS.
PRIORITY Shipping is an option at checkout -- this guarantees USPS delivery within 2 - 3 business days and provides up to $50 of insurance on your package.
LOCAL PICKUP is in Equality, IL. Customers selecting this option must be able to pick up in Equality. Any order that is not a pickup, and would require shipping is subjection to cancellation and refund. Please email email@example.com if you chose this option in error. We will invoice you for shipping.
Oversells can happen from simultaneous checkout, or from Sezzle. Orders are filled in order of oldest to newest. If an oversell occurs you will receive an email and a refund. We are so very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Preorder arrival dates are estimates. Delays do occurs, and those will be communicated to you through the VIP group. You may also email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you may have.
